  • Founded in 1957 by a group of concerned citizens in Milford, the agency now provides services to approximately 7,000 people annually at sites in Milford, Orange and West Haven. Our skilled and caring professional staff, including psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, nurses, vocational counselors, social rehabilitation specialists, and case managers respect the dignity and worth of each individual regardless of age, race, gender, sexual preference, disability or financial status.

    Since its inception, Bridges’ quality services have helped families and individuals move toward recovery. Bridges has developed and expanded its mental health and addiction services to accommodate the growing needs of the community.
